Raft-building workshops with Ocean Rock Adventure

10.45am-noon        

Chippenham River Festival Flotilla leaves Chippenham Sailing and Canoeing Club. Chippenham Town Mayor Councillor Andy Phillips and his wife Councillor Nina Phillips will be passengers on the Sea Cadets’ launch boat Viking. Chippenham’s River King and River Queen (to be selected at the River Royalty Contest at Jax on 3rd August) will be guests aboard a Wilts and Berks Canal Trust boat.

Paddleboarding/canoeing on The Reach

1pm

Raft Race – starting from Town Bridge and finishing at Monkton Park

Sunday 26th August

11.30am-1pm

Canoeing and kayaking demos and games.

1.30pm

Rowing demonstration.

3.15pm

Wild Swim. Starting at Chippenham Sailing and Canoeing Club and     finishing at Island Park.

4.15pm/4.30pm

Fire Service rescue boat display.

Entry to the Park will be free, although there may be a charge to enter some of the events.
